1. Booking & Confirmation

By making a booking through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

• All bookings must be submitted exclusively through our website or email.
• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email containing your reservation number and full trip details.

2. Included Services

Our services include:

• Private transportation with a luxury vehicle.
• Professional chauffeur service.
• Real-time flight and ship monitoring.
• Assistance with luggage.
• Complimentary waiting time — up to 60 minutes for airport arrivals, up to 30 minutes for port arrivals, and up to 15 minutes for hotel or accommodation pickups.

3. Waiting Time & Delays

• Free waiting time begins from the actual landing/arrival time of your flight or ship, regardless of delays.
• Once the complimentary waiting period expires, additional charges apply according to the current hourly rate.
• If there is no contact with the passenger after the waiting time has ended, the driver reserves the right to leave the pickup location and the service will be considered completed.

4. Service Limitations & Liability

• MEV Luxury Transfer is committed to providing punctual and reliable service. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from traffic conditions, adverse weather, road closures or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
• We do not accept liability for missed flights, trains or other scheduled events due to delays beyond our control.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who is intoxicated, aggressive or poses a threat to our drivers or vehicles.

5. Passenger Responsibility

• The passenger is responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information (including pickup time, address, flight/ship number and contact details).
• The company is not liable for delays or service failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
• The passenger must be present at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Passengers must comply with all local laws, including seat belt use and restrictions on smoking or consuming alcohol inside the vehicle.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged to the customer responsible.

6. Payment Policy

The price of the transfer is displayed at the time of booking and may vary depending on factors such as distance, vehicle type and additional services.

We offer the following payment options:

• Full payment by bank transfer at the time of booking.
• 50% deposit via bank transfer, with the remaining balance payable to the driver upon pickup (by card or cash).

After payment, proof of transaction must be sent via email to complete and finalize the booking.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations within this period are eligible for a 100% refund.
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Any booking modifications must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
